Blaze or Tabatha? What name will work....

This here is a character design I recently completed based off of this character I've been drawing since age 10, I'm going to be making a bunch of these and then putting them all together on one or 2 sheets as a character flash sheet, for a portfolio for a Rockstar Games internship, and many other game companies I''ll be applying to for summer work and internship experience. Here we have the fire element, next is the water element.

Finished my first illustration of the year, myself, as who I am, a metalhead. I need to really kick my habit of stagnant composition, therefore I have been photographing people in intense perspectives. Since this one isn't up to par as to being "good" or "dramatic" perspective or gesture, I'm categorizing it as a study and practice piece involving digital painting with a Wacom tablet, the technique I'm very pleased with, and some have thought this was a traditional painting on canvas, which is awesome, you know you handle digital art well when it looks like traditional medium.

Graphite Drawing, first piece of Fall 2010

I've just completed a graphite pencil piece for Life Drawing, a self portrait, I really tried to concentrate on making everything in the foreground, middle ground, and back round have purpose with more pristine detail and such. However I can't seem to take a decent photo, here are the two attempts... the one with the glare is much more accurate....
