I should be doing homework...

This here is a digital painting I've created based on this redneck character concept I've been toying with for quite some time. This is part of my idea for this story about a swamp with mutated animals in the deep south.... I really should build on this idea more. I love playing with different brushes..

JAWS Inspired works

Here's another piece inspired by the movie Jaws. Movies are a great source of influence and inspiration, and they've been helping me understand composition ever moreso than ever. I love how creepy my art is becoming this year.

Naked Paper Dolls... Oh Yeah...

So I'm taking this lifestyles illustration course, it's actually really fun because it's giving me the opportunity to create big quantities of work. Here are my paper dolls I made for it using digital painting. I think sometimes I'm more realistic when I use digital painting. The dude on the far right is super hot, my roomie described to me her ideal man, and I totally made her this hunk. Fun times.

Recent Work: Halloween Poster

I was assigned to create a poster for an annual Halloween party at MICA, the theme is Star Wars this year. I chose to do a really bloody gruesome, b-rated horror theme, referencing the biblical story Salome, to make it have even more of an interesting twist. Let's hope they choose it! After all, Halloween to me is blood and gore, spooky stuff, and monsters.

Oldies

This digital painting is totally from last semester but I'm super proud of it, i really love the color scheme, I've always loved muted, limited color in illustration
